1. Services

Rodriguez Marble & Son provides bathroom and kitchen remodeling services including countertop fabrication and installation, backsplash installation, and design consultation in San Jose, California and surrounding communities.

All services are subject to availability and a signed work order. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on final measurements, material selection, and project scope.

2. Consultation & Quotes

Initial design consultations are free with no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site measurements and material selection.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your installation date and begin material procurement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment plans may be available for qualifying projects.

4. Warranty

We provide a Lifetime Limited Warranty on installation workmanship for the original purchaser at the original address. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or etching from use
• Damage from improper care, cleaning, or maintenance
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Natural stone variations in color or texture (inherent characteristics, not defects)
• Damage from structural issues, water damage, or building settling

5. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Actual timelines may vary due to material availability, project complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. Most projects are completed within 1–5 business days; complex remodels may take longer. A specific timeline will be provided during your consultation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate measurements if self-reported (we verify on-site)
• Clearing the work area of personal items and fragile objects before installation
• Ensuring access to the work area on the scheduled date
• Following Care & Maintenance guidelines after installation
• Reporting concerns within 48 hours of project completion

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled installation date for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 5 business days may forfeit the deposit to cover material procurement and scheduling costs. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

8. Website Use
